This is my second draft of my abstract series project. I tried a number of new angles for this one.

This is the first draft in my series project focusing on close-up abstract shots. I tried to integrate what I learned from my earlier experience in this area with fresh new ideas.

Mixed Draft

My newest draft is a combination of a number of different styles I've used over the past week. It mixes abstract, negative space, and shadows. Shadows were supposed to be the primary focus but the weather hindered our cause. Overall I'm happy with how the shots came out.

Abstract Draft 2

This is the second draft of my Abstract series. I wanted to explore some similar styles from last week, along with looking for new and unique shots.

Abstract Draft 1

This is my first draft of my latest project for photography, abstract shots. I was given two general guidelines, shoot flat to the target, and make sure the final shot is generally mysterious. It was a bit of a general concept at first, and hard to narrow down, so I made sure to try a number of different approaches. I focused a lot on having unique textures in these shots. Overall I think it's a good start but there is certainly room to improve. My first shot is flipped 90 degrees clockwise from what I intended it to be.
