Shadows First Draft

For my photo series project I have been focusing on shadows. I shoot completely in black and white. I mostly focused on the contrast between shadowed and lighted areas. I also made a point of using objects as focus points of most of my photos. I hoped to create a surreal yet brutally realistic feel to the series. I hope you enjoy!

  3. I really like all of your pictures, they work very well for what you're trying to do. I really like the dollar bill, maybe you could try doing bigger things like buildings, or more interesting shapes, instead of little things.

  4. These images are very interesting because I like how you used black and white to make the objects look more bold. Also I like the way many of your images are based on the idea of fore-ground background. I think all are successful.
